Use of the automation tools

2523117 Alberta Inc. operates these tools for configured business workflows and their authorized account owners or operators. This information site does not offer a public customer application or a financial product.

Authorization

Use a connection only for accounts, files, and business records you are permitted to access and modify. Review the requested permissions and the configured workflow before authorizing or enabling it.

Automated changes

Configured workflows can run on schedules or in response to incoming events. They can change records and exchange selected information with connected systems. Review important outputs and resolve uncertain or partially completed work before repeating an action.

Availability and connected services

Automations can be delayed or interrupted by authorization changes, quotas, service outages, invalid inputs, or other failures. Their operation also depends on the connected services. These tools do not guarantee that every task will complete or that a result is suitable for a consequential business decision.

Access and records

An account owner can revoke Google access through Google Account connections. Revocation does not undo completed actions or delete existing records. The privacy notice explains access and retention.
